Engineer Giuseppe Cannistrà,today the top expert, in business, on the Sunshade,author of the book “the Sunbreaker is trending topic”has picked up the legacy of Rocco Restagnoand further innovated the stateof the technique:
– minimizing bushing friction– by introducing the use of linear motors– by designing together with Restagnoblades and innovative solutions.
Rocco Restagno is no longer in business today, the NOVITALIA brand was acquired by the Canpas Group after a long collaboration with his Technical Director and student, highly qualified engineer Giuseppe Cannistrà.
Novitalia
Novitalia has been working in the field of sun protection for many years, with products and proposals of our own production and installation.
We produce standard systems, but also, and above all, achievements aimed at meeting the needs of designers and clients who are particularly sensitive to the problems of protection from solar radiation and aesthetics of the building envelope.
Sunshades can be of the fixed or adjustable slat type, with manual or electric systems with possible automatic management according to the azimuth and zenith angles of the sun’s position.
We can offer our advice at the preliminary design and cost estimation stage up to product installation and related maintenance where required.
The sunshade elements of our production are made in the most part from extruded aluminum profiles, but also from press-folded aluminum sheet, stainless steel, copper, rheinzink and composite materials such as wood and plastic, these elements have various types of sections and are adaptable on new buildings or renovations. Novitalia has always stood for quality at the right price.
